Since the beginning of time man has relied upon the sheep to provide him with food and clothing.

Today breeds like the Norfolk Horn which provided much of the wealth to build many of our Churches

is almost extinct and only survives because of the dedicated few who are determination it will not disappear.

This is also true of many other breeds.

Here at Black Bat we pride ourselves in providing top quality Sheepskin and a range of Wools for the Spinner,

Weaver and Knitter. All sourced in Britain and processed in Yorkshire we are proud of everything we sell.
